Cancellation & Returns Policy

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, email info@bosquet-paris.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused and in new condition. Please return them in their original packaging, with the box, dust bag and any certificates. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used or handled more than needed to examine it, as you would in a shop.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalised items (including cases with initials) and bespoke or made-to-order pieces are made to your specification. They cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service, because we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us. For returns from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as a "return of goods" so that we are not charged import duties.

Faulty items and warranty

Every Bosquet Paris piece carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault, contact us. We will repair or replace it free of charge, including the shipping costs. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse, water or heat. This warranty comes in addition to your statutory rights.
