All our products are wrapped and presented in a complimentary gift box. We then safely pack all your purchased items in a non branded despatch box, ready for delivery.

We will endeavour to despatch your order the same day if ordered before 10am (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10am (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be despatched the following business day; orders placed after 10am (GMT/BST) on Fridays will despatched the following Monday.

All deliveries are made by international reputable courrier using their express services and require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available at the point of delivery and a signature cannot be obtained they will leave a card, giving instructions for re-delivery. Customer will be notified and provided with a tracking number.

Delivery times are given as estimates from the time of pick-up and we cannot be held responsible for minor delays. You will be notified when the parcel leaves our premises and the estimated delivery time starts then.



The cost of delivery will appear at checkout once you have entered your delivery details. The cost is for one despatch, regardless of the size and number of items chosen and is based on the following:


UK Orders
Enjoy complimentary delivery for orders over €400.
Click & Collect @ our Paris Showroom: Complimentary (1-2 business days).
Flat Rate Shipping EU €20.00 (1-2 business days), Intl €35.00


International Orders
Fast & full trackable worldwide delivery available.
As each item is unique and has different needs when it comes to shipping, the exact sum will be calculated at checkout as well as estimated delivery times.
VAT will be automatically deducted on orders at checkout where applicable.


Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties payable, but may be able to advise on the likely costs.

Please also note that the recipient of the delivery may be contacted by local customs offices to help clear the goods.

Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if the local customs office has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate and the recipient is expecting the parcel.

If you are sending the parcel to a third party, for example as a gift, please note that they will be responsible for clearing the goods through customs. Please ensure they are made aware of this and that the delivery details, especially the telephone number, are theirs and not yours.



Please inform as soon as possible by sending an email to info@bosquet-paris.com stating your order reference.



Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or sent without documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Bosquet Paris cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Bosquet Paris will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised and bespoke orders.

For refunds or exchanges on showroom purchases, please refer to the details on your e-receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, therefore if you need to cancel your order we would advise you to contact us immediately after your order has been placed at Info@bosquet-paris.com

To make any changes to your order, you must contact us immediately after it has been placed and we will discuss the options with you.
