SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are elegantly wrapped and presented in a complimentary gift box. They are then securely packed in an unbranded dispatch box, ready for delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48h00.
All deliveries are handled by reputable international courier services using express shipping, and will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
For deliveries within Europe, we use La Poste Colissimo from Paris
For deliveries to the rest of the world, we ship from our UK warehouse using DHL Express.
Estimated delivery times begin once the parcel leaves our premises. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot be held responsible for minor courrier delays beyond our control.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
For personalised items, please allow up to 5 working days for production. Your entire order will be shipped once personalisation is complete.
For deliveries within Europe, we use France Colissimo.
For deliveries to the rest of the world, we ship from our UK warehouse using DHL Express.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The cost of delivery will appear at checkout once you have entered your delivery details. The cost is for one despatch, regardless of the size and number of items chosen and is based on the following:
International Orders
Fast & full trackable worldwide delivery available.
As each item is unique and has different needs when it comes to shipping, the exact sum will be calculated at checkout as well as estimated delivery times.
VAT will be automatically deducted on orders at checkout where applicable.
CUSTOMS
Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties payable, but may be able to advise on the likely costs.
Please also note that the recipient of the delivery may be contacted by local customs offices to help clear the goods.
Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if the local customs office has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient.
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate and the recipient is expecting the parcel.
If you are sending the parcel to a third party, for example as a gift, please note that they will be responsible for clearing the goods through customs. Please ensure they are made aware of this and that the delivery details, especially the telephone number, are theirs and not yours.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inform as soon as possible by sending an email to info@bosquet-paris.com stating your order reference.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or sent without documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Items can be returned to either our Paris Showroom, or sent to the following address;

Bosquet Paris cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Bosquet Paris will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised and bespoke orders.
For refunds or exchanges on showroom purchases, please refer to the details on your e-receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, therefore if you need to cancel your order we would advise you to contact us immediately after your order has been placed at Info@bosquet-paris.com
To make any changes to your order, you must contact us immediately after it has been placed and we will discuss the options with you.
