Refund policy

Full refund

Once your return is accepted, we refund the full price of the item plus the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only.

When you will be refunded

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and we will email you when it has been processed. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we refund or replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Personalised and bespoke orders

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. They remain covered by our 5-year warranty.
