Construction

  • 3-ply construction: a premium leather exterior; a carton structure for rigidity, shaped through a traditional process of bathing and drying; and an interior lined with natural, plant-extract tanned leather
  • The vegetable-tanned lining is smooth and breathable, so cigars glide out without tearing the delicate wrapper leaf. It ages beautifully and leaves no chemical odours
  • Each layer of leather is pared very thin and the edges are tapered, so the stitching is fine and elegant
  • Minimal stitching, on one side only, for a cleaner aesthetic
  • Polyester stitching with rubber-coated over-stitching
